Well, Lois is a Country music fanatic, and channel 11 would almost be worth the entire XM radio for us alone. ;-)

That said, I love comedy, and channel 151 (the clean stuff), and 150 (the dirty stuff) is also a real treat on occasion. We also listen to news (which can be hard to find on regular radio on I95) and traffic.

Now that I listen online, I've discovered that I'm crazy about their Bluegrass channel, and the Classical one as well (14 and 110).
Finally, I don't know about the sleaze factor, though I don't doubt it. This is a gift, and I don't pay for the service, and our friends just renewed us for another 2 years, so they aren't trying to get out of it either. ;-)

Wow! I'm kind of surprised that you like XM Hadar. We had it in our new Honda Odyssey and they gave me a great deal to keep it for a year. I decided to go with it "just cuz". I never found the programming to be to our liking.

When I tried to cancel the service XM quickly ratcheted up a number of reasons why I wouldn't use their service. They employ every sleazy tactic AOL ever dreamed up to try to keep me from canceling the service. Ugh.
