I know the tagline is meaningless, but I originally left it in to promote WordPress. Of course, I have the link in the footer too, so perhaps your advice is good… I'll have to think about it, unless your comment spurs many others pushing me in that direction.

Looking good nice and clean, you might want to delete or change the tagline under the blog title.

I like it — I'm a sucker for simple with a white background though.

I've also looked at Carrington and shied away. I'd like to see other clear the roughage on those before I jump in. I noted that they recently had to do a release of Carrington for a security patch. I don't need that kind of monkey business in my themes.
